In the fall of 2024 Thresh acquired a dilapidated industrial building in East Syracuse. After 8 months of renovations and marketing we found a rightful user and stabilized the building. Projects like this are what keep communities and commercial parks together.
For years this building was a eyesore and hindered the quality of the street. Now it brings traffic to the area and lifts up the rest of the park.
This particular project needed windows, full office renovation, removal of several dumpsters of trash and unneeded fixtures, a revamp of access with new grade level doors added. Most of all a cosmetic overhall including paint, new siding to create a modern exterior, and landscaping updates.
We are excited to continue to find buildings like this and create beneficial spaces for the community.
